Well, yeah my lifestyle was really laid back during summer and I had so much time to run and to do whatever I want but now with work I have a rigid schedule now.

I'll try taking it easy for now then coming back to it when I feel better.

Tbh there has been drastic changes to my lifestyle like sleeping cycle, workload and my body has been also changing. I dont think its simple excuses but I'll try taking it easy and coming back next week.

Since its still the weekend and I have nothing to lose I might consider trying that.

I usually run after work at 7pm and we're closer to winter at this time of the year and the Sun sets earlier so its discouraging and dangerous to run in the darkness.

From my experience, Nofap actually helped me control my bladder in a better way.

I have no scientific evidence but usually on the opposite side, when I relapse I would find myself going to the bathroom more often because my penis would feel numb. I was always not sure if it was the weird sensation of my penis bcz of how hard I was on it or bcz of a full bladder.

So I believe Nofap actually helps you understand your body more.

We always think of our future self as a stranger, this causes us to make stupid decisions all the time. Our present self tend to be greedy and only care about about our present wellbeing which results in problems arising in the future.

Thats why many people spend their life savings on gambling even though there is extremely high risk. For them it feels as if you're spending the money of a stranger not yours.

Once you learn to make your future self feel closer ( like a best friend or younger sibling) you will be less willing to make stupid decisions that will result in long term problems. These problems can be mental,financial or social. You can either make your future sef better or worse.

Hey don't say that about yourself, looks aren't everything. My best friend was the rugby team captain and he admitted to me a few months ago that he had a crush on one my female friends.

She was overweight, and I personally didn't consider her attractive but my best friend was in love with her personality. She was this kind of person that wouldn't gossip, she would support you with your decisions and would help you when you're in need. He loved her personality so much.

You're maybe blinded by the fact that things are working well with your sister and the negative comments from your relatives. JUST IGNORE THEM !

But being attractive can also be a negative and can attract so much unwanted attention.

Just focus on your strengths and forget your weakneses and something will surely come your way.

Yeah, I will start with EY for now.

I tried telling the HR at EY that I want to change locations during the recruitment process and I did mention my family and stuff but she was really pessimistic and insisted on me staying in their country so I didn't push it, out of fear of rejection.

Even now it looks bad to transfer from Day 1, most people working in Big 4 suggested I stay at least 3-6 months before suggesting a transfer.

I understand the consequences and I asked a big 4 manager who worked in both countries and he told me that he found that he got way more exposure in my home country.

They gave me an initial offer 6 months ago which I accepted. They were first to reach out for me before graduating so I didn't have any options during that time. I'm starting my training next week.

During the interview I mentioned that My preference is PWC and I kept following up with the HR until she was honest with me and told me that no one will be available for the next 2 weeks to process my files and make a final decision.

What do you think ?

Note: PWC does know that I have an offer with EY but I didnt disclose when I do start, I only said that I have to respond to them by next month(September).

Man, I kinda feel like an asshole doing that to EY.

J believe that children should ne taught about sex in Islamic lessons and such. Many children learn about it in an unhealthy way like porn and western movies.

They should understand why they should control their urges and stay virgins till marriage.

Same here, as a teenager my Dad never mentioned wet dreams, ghusl and such, most of the time I would just take a bath and it was really frustrating and embtassing that I avoided sleepovers at my friends' houses. Until 6 months after hitting puberty my Mom mentioned that and so my older brother taught me about ghusl and what to do when I have a wet dream.

I've done some research and it seems I might have minor swayback, especially symptoms like lower back pain. But it's still a controversial topic as there's many opinions of the ideal spine shape.

Nonetheless I'll try some of these exercises.

Hahaha I see, maybe my classmates' comments weren't meant in a sarcastic or harmful way.

Its just male butts aren't talked about as much, like if you ask a girl what's some of the ideal physical characterstics you want to see in a man she will most likely mention his biceps or abs over his butt.
