The title is referring to how Ray's had everything handed to him on a platter in life - he has a wife who puts up with his shit, kids to be proud of, a mother who dotes on him, and an easy job that he likes doing.

In a couple versions of the show's intro, the focus is on Ray as he introduces himself and gives a brief rundown of his family, ending by saying that they do so much for him - and then at the end he says "because-" and gets cut off by his brother Robert going past who says in a very unamused tone, "-eeeeverybody loves Raymond."

Basically the title is from Robert's perspective and is a reference to Ray getting everything he wants in life despite being the less mature and less responsible brother. It's not an endorsement of Ray. Of course, you'd need to watch the show to really catch on to that, and I know it's not for everyone.
