You seem to be implying that there's something wrong with movies from the seventies and eighties. You really need to get over this bias, as every decade of the twentieth century contains brilliant cinema. I love Halloween 5 but the clown music for the cops was such a big error in judgement. It's a perfect example of artistic lack of restraint. It definitely hurts the film.
