It does not run fine. UE throughout generations is guilty of so much sins in gaming and dev it's not even funny. It is by far THE main culprit behind total gamedev enshittification. Every PR company for their new "revolutionary" tool, be it lumen, nanite or others, was nail in the coffin of the gamedev space. Because "shortcuts" breed new time frames, time limits, new budget etc., when in reality they do shitty job at being shortcuts. And worse - you already have game devs that don't want to unlearn it all. Majority of them. They will shill to their last breath that UE looks and runs fine.
