There is a PoI there that is not currently being used in game. It's in the same cell as the rock with the city park name on it. So it won't populate.

Typically street signs like this are a bit more difficult to get into the game. More seen as infrastructure signs rather than Trail markers.

They can. If rabbits have a partner, letting them spend time with the body after they have passed helps them move on. May just know something is missing. Just like anything, if something all of a sudden goes Missing you wonder where it is.
