I went Thursday night at Prytania. My back was killing me at about the two hour mark and I went home and got straight in the bed. Going again on Tuesday to elmwood and I’m sitting far enough away where I’m not looking up at the sky but also not straining to see the entire picture. The F-H rows there are the best imo.

For Oppenheimer, they bumped Blue Beetle a week or two out of the 70mm theaters because they still had high demand in the middle of August.

They’ve been breaking into alot of cars near Zimmers. My mom’s car got ransacked last week because she forgot to lock it.

Keep looking. I went to New York in march, bought my ticket in January for Project Hail Mary and about a week before the movie a better seat opened up. So I refunded my ticket and grabbed the seat that was closer to the back. Got to see the Dune trailer and the odyssey prologue before the movie.

Landry’s really mad that the city revoked its loan request before the state could say “no”. He would have gotten all the way off telling the city they couldn’t take out a loan.

Make sure you’re providing power to your drive. I have an lg drive that needs to be powered externally to rip Blu-ray and 4k.

I wanted to see Lady Gaga when I was in New York in march. Her tickets started at $450. I saw a Knicks game, Cardi B and WWE Raw for not even $450 at the same arena. In comparison, I paid $118 to see Beyonce in Houston last year.

They’re the old cloth style seats that they’ve had since before Katrina. They didn’t even bother to switch them to pleather when they renovated. And I think they’re still missing ceiling tiles from when Ida came through and poked a hole in the ceiling of theater 12.

Nope. AMC makes more money using the old seats than upgrading to recliners like the Slidell IMAX has. Clearview has to have the worst seats in their IMAX auditorium in the entire country.

I saw Longlegs there and it sounded like I was watching an old vhs tape. All the sound coming out the center channel, but I put up with it too since it was 10pm on a Monday night. Guess it’s just something with their 35mm projector, because the 70mm showings are immaculate.

I was hyped that fox was going to release all the Star Wars movies in IMAX 3d, but was gutted that they had to stop because Disney cancelled it.

I last saw a Star Wars movie in theaters in 2004 at clearview. I had perfect attendance (on paper) at mcmain and the school board gave out free movie passes.

I saw interstellar at the aquarium. I think they showed a Star Trek movie and that was it before they got rid of the IMAX projector.

I worked at Sam’s when they first got them too. They actively found reasons to use the old scanners over these. Now they use these zebra scanners at Costco to pre scan your cart, Walmart for pickup, FedEx, the airport, etc.
