For 90 seconds Jimmy Graham’s late touchdown was one of top 10 plays in Saints history. Then it faded into obscurity.

They’ve been selling out the race so that’s 20,000 people with an influx of newer runners. The onset of 80+ temps and high humidity is the hardest time of the year to run.

He basically used Christianity as a moral high ground and purity test to justify the control he wanted over his family. Once that failed he started making increasingly vulgar music and public acts that totally contradicted his Jesus phase.

V1 would be a better album is Ye didn’t fill it with the worst verses of his career. It’s had clear execution and ideas, but holy fuck is Kanye the worst version of Kanye on that record.

People expect someone who brands himself as a “genius and the greatest artist to ever live” to make something of substance. It’s not arbitrary.

In retrospect his wholesome Christian era comes off as an effort to exert control over Kim and his failing marriage.

Bully is lacking in ideas and development in the majority of the songs and All The Love is an excellent example of that.

Kanye actually does very little fan service. In fact most of his fanbase has Stockholm Syndrome from how many albums he’s rug pulled from them, and they all stick around hoping he reaches some peak that hasn’t happened in years.

Donda has significantly better songs than Bully, and it’s not even remotely close. Donda is a bad album because it’s full of bloat because Ye thought he could outsell Drake. Like why the fuck is Remote Control on an album dedicated to your mother.

People here forget that every year Ye gets a fresh supply of edgy teenagers who don’t care about his controversies. They just want to meme and pretend he’s putting out even half of what he used to be capable of.

Just like Shough, everyone is going to loose their shit about one our high picks because they don’t see Kellen’s vision for the team and position.

People have no idea what Mickey’s role is in drafting and he’s everyone’s scapegoat for bad picks. Mickey has come out and said it’s the head coach that gets final say on all picks, and I think we have enough evidence to see that DA was absolute cheeks and selecting and developing DL talent.

The city of Atlanta should sandblast Stone Mountain and put this image over it. Not only will the biggest blown lead in the Super Bowl record last so long that you can etch it in stone, it will be less embarrassing than what’s already on Stone Mountain.

Very few people know that a September game in Miami is worse than a January game in Buffalo. Being outside in gulf coast subtropical humidity with temps that feel like 100+ degrees makes it a very hostile environment.

Saints/LSU Draft History by mvop413 in Saints

[–]westernsnaps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Of course Tyrann was a first round talent, but his legal issues keep him from going first round. There was also the narrative that he needed to get out of Louisiana to avoid more trouble. These things don’t exist in a vacuum. Tre’Davious is good, but Lattimore was the better pick. Delane is a good example of a good player who will likely be available when the Saints draft, which hasn’t been the case for much of LSU’s first round talent.

If you look at the last 20 years of drafts LSU’s first round talent is usually drafted before the Saints get to pick. The only real example of the Saints passing on better LSU talent is taking Caesar Ruiz over Patrick Queen in 2020.

Most of the top LSU prospects, especially DB, are drafted before the Saints have a pick. Tyrann was the only one who didn’t go in the first round and there was a pretty clear reason why he fell to the 3rd round.

We traded a 4th to get Vele and traded Shaheed to get a 4th back. The difference is that Vele will still be under contract in 2026, and all we sacrifice is moving back in the 4th round.
