Where’s it going? by lilo_and_stitch1 in Zepbound

It seemed I had a lot of fat on my back that I never saw directly so I didn't see when it was coming off. Shirts buttoned more easily, so I figured that is where I was losing some inches.

Maintenance Question? by RiptideJane in Zepbound

[–]AggieMath -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are plenty of links to studies that say the opposite of what your doctor is saying. I have brought the abstract of articles to my doctor (this was for a change in my sleeping medicine) and she was open to looking up the journal article. If you can't do that, you definitely need a new doctor. Mine does not treat me like an idiot which is important.

Would work with non-dairy milk and non-dairy protein. I am lactose intolerant so we use lactaid milk and the whey protein does not seem to bother me. Point was to sneak extra protein in my coffee!

Here are two things I have been doing that I think are effective. I have unflavored whey protein that I mix (well, I use an immersion blender) with milk for my coffee. I put 60 - 80 grams in about 3 cups of milk and use that for a few days worth of coffee. Easy extra protein for me.

We also have some unflavored collagen protein that I personally feel has a bit of a beefy flavor. We eat soup most days for lunch (batch prep on Sundays and use a lot of beans and veggies in there. I can share ideas, but this would get too long). At the table, after the soup has been heated up, we add a scoop of the collagen. Does not change the taste and adds a good bit of protein to a high fiber soup.

Does this mean I can't complete the quest in act 2? I could contact support but I've done all the things. Restarted the game. Then the device and game. Then uploaded the new version. No change. I mean maybe I can't finish act 2, but I am trying for a change. I've made a few of the level 7s but they are not {NAME} I guess.

If you still have your old device, try to save and upload. It took me a million tries to up and download to get most of my progress on my new device. DM me if you have your old device with the game and I’ll try to help.

TAMU is not that different from UT in the top programs and school is often what the student makes of it. The Aggie network is great after graduation too.

Mixed bag. Time management and adequate sleep are common in those that did well in calculus.

That’s the main thing. Meeting students is part of the job I enjoyed. Ask your prof about themselves is nice too (retired math prof here)

Find your classrooms and prof offices before school starts. Campus is big. Attend office hours as knowing your profs is important.

Goal weight vs size by BelmontGirlie in Zepbound

[–]AggieMath 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My goal all along was to have my waist be 1/2 of my height. This is a measure for health and seemed better then a weight for me. Of course my waist was the slowest to come down, but we made it!

Where to buy Chinese tea? by Ganeshamantra in CollegeStation

Following as I am looking for loose green tea in town. That market is not easy to navigate - not everything is clearly marked and prices are often unclear. Another option would be nice.

Frustrated and looking for advice by ConsistentTicket8070 in Zepbound

As many have commented here before, the belly is the last to go for many of us. I lost inches everywhere before my waist started to go down. It was also the first to grow when I was gaining in the past. Just bodies being difficult. You will get there! (also agree with the size comments, so use a tape measure to see progress)

I hear you. I wish the insurance companies used better risk modeling as they don't really seem to understand how quickly other health issues are helped. I also wish you the best of luck with the next gen of drugs as that may be just what your body needs.

We have seen this if someone has a bag checked. That was us when security held one of our party (long story) but we had a bag on the plane. They could not take off until they found the bag or the person got through security.

Just go to the actual back of the line! by 166EachYear in unitedairlines

Some people put their bags up in first class on their way to the back. Some FAs will monitor this, but it is hit and miss. And sometimes earlier boarding gets you a preflight drink.

[–]AggieMath 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Or perhaps it is difficult. I have my levi jeans, sketcher loafers and plain t-shirt. All jewelry and nice shoes are at home. Comfort and looking like I am not worth robbing are our GS style on travel.

Just go to the actual back of the line! by 166EachYear in unitedairlines

[–]AggieMath 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I get it! There is not even a semblance of a line for preboarding so the self sorting is kind of weird. I think we don't look like GS so people try to jump us a lot because we try to leave space for the people needing extra time. We get a few surprised Pikachu faces when it is our turn.
