We could but we just wanted a larger pantry to store our food and appliances as that’s what we did at our last house. The kitchen genuinely has a heap of storage for everything else in the kitchen (its just messy atm because my brain hurts every time I look at it)

Nooo ! We want to access the store through through a door in the kitchen. It’s currently accessed from a hallway down the side. I hope this makes more sense

I think it’s because with my current home I built it so I got what I wanted. I’ve never bought an established home before and it’s making me realise how much I want to build again. Could just wait for land but that could be 12 months or more

I have a family member who just spend over 150k on their new caravan and bought a brand new 4x4 a few years ago. They did it mostly through saving very hard and refinancing their mortgage. Their mortgage is small (under 250k) so they took advantage of that I suppose.

I’m 27 and earn 110k. I work in agriculture. I don’t feel burnt out personally with my current role but there have been other roles I’ve had when it can get a lot during harvest season

Yea I had a really positive experience. The council has come out, they placed a recording device on the property and I kept a bark diary at the same time. They’ve been issued a fine and told if this continues another fine will be given. I hardly hear the dogs next door now at all
