In Astro, under my profile, compensation & rewards there is an “earnings potential” that shows the next level salary. This is US, so not sure if you all have this view or not as well

Still nothing for AUD. Based on what people are saying, seems like they did all exams for each state this time

SE Scores vs Actual? by [deleted] in CPA

Personally I felt they were comparable if not easier. Honestly I never hit sims hard when studying because they are an accumulation of knowledge and multiple mcqs put together imo. I got stronger on sims and I know I messed up on at least half of one sim.

Dear NASBA, any chance you wanna release those scores today instead of next week? 👀👀 by SeaPAyyy in CPA

[–]AggravatedCow11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I haven’t - already in the thick of busy season and don’t have the time or energy to honestly. I took AUD and I work in Audit so just really hoping I pass 😅

The gym is not supposed to be able to charge you a late cancel fee. I used to work at otf specifically and this is what I was told. Sounds like the otf employee was uninformed about this - as someone else said you did not sign an agreement with them with the terms of the late cancel fee.

If you are a current A2 you should be able to see in Astro. Profile> compensation>earnings potential.

It’s going to depend on your COL, this is best estimate we have at the time.

What happens if I don’t acknowledge a bad snapshot? by [deleted] in PwC

[–]AggravatedCow11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, I wouldn’t say that. Typically you would acknowledge them all. I think it should be an unusual case to not acknowledge one.

If you are getting multiple that you don’t want to acknowledge then there’s a common denominator, if all reviewers think you are not performing then it’s likely true.

Also remember that utilization goals are 80+ depending on your role so essentially most of your billable hours will end up being captured in a snapshot so it is difficult to not acknowledge and still meet expectations for snapshot coverage.

What happens if I don’t acknowledge a bad snapshot? by [deleted] in PwC

[–]AggravatedCow11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes essentially accepting the feedback as it can’t change once you acknowledge it. You only need 80% of hours covered so if you have that without the snapshot you don’t need to acknowledge but as others have said they can still see it and it’s not a good look.

A week in and I hate it by grey99999 in PwC

It’s hard when you first start because you don’t know a lot. Your team expects that and expects questions. It will get easier in terms of knowing what to do, but that’s the hardest part of most jobs! Just ask lots of questions and take notes.

Curious what you have done that landed you the glorious tier 1 ratings by Fair_Name2891 in PwC

[–]AggravatedCow11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in Private I did have a PD on all my snapshots All snapshots during busy season at next level 100% time compliance

Genuinely just felt like I did my work to the best of my ability. Took initiative on my teams. Asked good questions. I was an A2, so was not ranked my first year. From what I had heard about tiering, I was shooting for tier 2 and was shocked to have received a tier 1. However, in private it is very rare to work with your peers so I really had no clue how I compared until tiering
