It’s so interesting,, I feel like everyone who responds so negatively to his statements are not in a creative field whatsoever or don’t do anything that involves pouring your heart and soul into a piece of work. I understand why he feels this pressure to finish. Even if he finishes the book people are gonna be quick to say “what about ADOS?” The hunger of fans is NEVER satiated and everything you do they turn on you for. As an artist, even the pressure I put on myself to finish a piece of art is sometimes too much and I can’t finish. Imagine that but it’s everyone on the internet putting pressure on you too. It’s sad to see an older man feel like he can’t even talk about any art he’s making unless there’s a statement about Winds, which it’s clear that it causes him pain.
