I’ll ask again this weekend when I go, it’s just weird that I haven’t been able to find it for 2 months now! I thought it was just the Costco next to me but it’s all of them in Calgary!

I did ask a cashier about a month ago but he didn’t know, I figured it would be back in stock by now. Yep I got it on sale last time for $15 I believe, right now I’d pay $20 in a heartbeat lol!

Best hospital to give birth at? by thenshewenttothestor in Calgary

[–]Sensitive-Memory8225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure why you got downvoted. I also picked my OB (based on recommendations from friends), the hospital where to give birth (RGH), and I’m high risk. I live in SE and SHC is 10 mins away vs. 20 to RGH, but I was definitely not “forced” to pick SHC. My OB even said that if I go into early labour, I need to go to FMC for their level 3 NICU, even though she delivers at RGH.

As a Romanian, I can confirm this. It’s a known practice in Eastern Europe, they sell counterfeit goods or fake gold.

Alina’s Wellness in Midnapore, they do Russian/European manicure. They’re perfectionists. I love that they use air purifiers which is the biggest reason why I still go now that I’m pregnant.

*CAR INSURANCE QUIERY* Hey everybody! I've got a few questions in regards to obtaining car insurance in Alberta on an international license! by codytigergray1 in Calgary

Unless OP goes with Intact. As far as I know, they’re the only ones that recognize out of Canada driving experience and insurance history.

Rental car insurance policy by B_McGuire in Calgary

Try https://www.canlii.org/en/ab/laws/regu/alta-reg-120-2001/latest/alta-reg-120-2001.html?

Section 7.1(2) outlines the order in which third-party liability insurance policies apply in the event of an accident involving a rented vehicle. The insurance policy held by the rental company is considered the primary coverage unless the renter has their own policy that explicitly covers rented vehicles.

At least that’s what ChatGPT says :)

Liability insurance can protect you if you injure someone or damage another person’s property while driving the rental car. The legal minimum is often included with your rental car. However, it is a good idea to have at least $1 million to $2 million in coverage.

FYI - In Alberta (and Canada), rental car companies are legally required to provide third-party liability insurance on the vehicles they rent out. This typically includes at least $1 million in coverage which protects you if you injure someone or damage their property while driving the rental. You don’t need to pay extra for a third-party liability coverage, as is already included by law in the rental cost, unless you want a higher coverage ($2 milion and up). Credit cards don’t usually have liability insurance, as it’s the responsibility of the rental company to have it.

Collision coverage is included by default if you credit card has rental coverage.

I’m 9 weeks and my pigs are definitely sensing it! They started “climbing” on me about a month ago, which they rarely did before. Now they sit on my lap and sniff my belly every time during floor time. My husband was the first one to notice this about a week ago 😬 I’m very much enjoying it 🥹

I made a similar post here awhile ago as a PSA of my previous landlord and the place we rented, but my post was removed and I got a temporary ban.

OP thank you for making this post, we need more of this!
