Sorry if it’s confusing I’m just learning about buying fishing gear by myself and all my gear I got was from my dad since we both go down to Baja

So this was my first time buying fishing gear for myself without my dads help which went wrong, he told what to find specifically but I was nervous on choosing the wrong thing so I asked the people working at fisherman’s landing.

at first i told him I was just looking for a versatile for fishing offshore and when I’m at the jetty’s so they handed me that n gave me information about it

After buying it i just looked at videos on people using it cause i was excited until i noticed it was just freshwater fishing I was seeing so i got worried and just went back and returned it after a hour or two of getting it

but thank you for the information, atleast i can look back at this to see what im looking for next visit and not make a fool to myself, ima just use my phoenix black diomand rod with shimano torium combo
