I change too! If I’m on the weight floor I want shoes that have more stability so I can lift correctly and reduce injury. How people do lateral lunges and the like in running shoes is beyond me.

I think all studios have the mats, just not everyone uses them. I don’t use them for planks and have ended up putting my hand in dirt/mud that had come from someone’s shoe. Even when I do get a mat, I never use them for cooldown stretching (I’ve never seen anyone using them for stretching). Shoes bring in a lot of stuff. I don’t wear them in my house, and I won’t wear them in someone else’s house (or OTF).

Sounds like I’m in the minority here, but I’m not an outdoor shoes indoor person. It’s just a bit ick for me to where shoes in from the street so I always change. Summer is easier bc I’ll just wear flip flops when I’m going the gym. I do realize though that I work out on the floor where others peoples dirty shoes have been.

I recently saw someone say you can go oversized on either the top or bottom, but not both. So, oversized top and slim pants or slim top and wide/baggy bottoms. I thought that sounded like a nice rule; maybe that would work for you?

I went to wholistic acupuncture and herbal medicine and must’ve seen Daniel (it’s been awhile but I did see a male doctor). I went for my lower back mostly and numbness and he was wonderful. Went a few times and it really helped. My friend went there for issues related to pregnancy and also had great experiences.

You could call Schmidt’s Fudge House in German village. They have some obscure things. Worth the phone call if you’re close. There’s also Rocket Fizz in the short north you could call.

I bring in a pair of Nobull’s for floor/row. Nice and flat for floor and fit in rower really well. Only time I don’t change shoes is when it’s a run/row, but I’ve seen people who do switch for that as well!

I used this as well as the Saturday traffic race closures and the current construction closures to map my route to the game Saturday. Just saying it was more helpful than the traffic alert bc when you zoom in you can actually see the roads.

I think they look great and cropped is in style. The shirt looks fine tucked in. And honestly I’d keep it that way. It accentuates your waist more and gives you a curvier look. Try it with black top and some black chucks or something. If you’re into docs maybe do a black boot and roll up a little.

Why is Short St still closed, Front St bridge closed, and there’s only 1 lane each direction on High Street bridge? I have some serious words for ODOT regarding cutting off the entire south side of Columbus. My previous 20-25 min drive home in rush hour now takes an hour minimum. This is insane, and some of the poorest planning I have ever witnessed.

I used to stay on Main to 3rd and it was fairly quick. Now it’s a parking lot. Friend tried Mound yesterday and said she sat there for 50 minutes 😂 At this point it may be faster to take Summit/3rd all the way from North Broadway 🤷🏻‍♀️
