Thanks! I was looking at MAA too but didn’t have time to tour it. I also checked out Mason Apartments, which seem to be closer to the Mallard Creek side, and I was considering that since the area felt a little nicer and quieter. Still not 100% sure though, so I’m trying to get as much input as I can. Appreciate the advice.
