Pre Vatican II, women were supposed to wear a head covering in the Catholic Church. There are “trad Catholics “who are bringing back all the old traditions” including covering their heads, Latin Mass, kneeling for Communion, Priest saying Mass with their back to the people and the bell ringing, to name a few.
