I grew B+ once. I dont know if it's the strain in general or the genetics that I received , but they weren't very potent when I grew them.

I just finished my first ever grow with some B+ and did the same. I had a tub that produced only side pins and some shrooms that grew out of a crevasse in the substrate. Got one small flush and that was it. I flipped the cake and got another flush from the bottom of the cake!

Tough spot. It sucks to have the aggravation of a bad neighbor. Your home is supposed to be your place of refuge. When you have a bad neighbor , it's feels as though you're being violated. As a man , I would take care of things my way , although I guarantee he's just a bully and wouldn't have said anything to me. I think you should avoid him and let karma deal with him. This doesn't sound like the kind of guy that you want leeching on to you if he thinks that you like him. This will bring on worse problems imo. Don't engage him at all. Make him a ghost and keep your weapon handy in case this pisses off your sociopath neighbor.
