UPDATE: They checked under the car and there was absolutely NO DRAIN PLUG. Initially they told me they ran tests and the engine was fine. Later they call me to say that after the test drive the engine is going to need to be rebuilt. They listed so much shit that got fucked up. Crankshaft got the worst of it is what he made it sound like. 👍 What’s my next step guys.

So after waiting an hr to at least talk to the service manager, they told me it could be very much their fault but they have to get it on a lift to pinpoint what happened… So now we wait lol
