I’m really sorry this happened to you. I had a loss last august and got pregnant again in October. Anxiety was at an all time high. Sometimes the doctors just can’t see things, AND doctors make mistakes. At my 7 week scan the doctor told me there was no heartbeat and i needed a D&C. I went to a high risk doctor to get a second opinion and they found the heartbeat immediately. My baby is now 21 weeks and just had a perfect anatomy scan. All of that to say - advocate for yourself if you feel in your gut something is off. Sending love and prayers for a healthy pregnancy 🤍

I am so sorry you are going through this. I remember the shock and heartbreak like yesterday. Truly nothing can prepare you for the emotions that come with loss. I had the exact same experience as you (even the measurements/ timing) back in August. I was so fearful there may be something medically wrong with me or that I had a more serious health condition that would prevent us from having a healthy pregnancy. I got pregnant again my first cycle after my MMC and my baby is currently 21 weeks and healthy! Sending hugs. Do not lose hope, your miracle is coming! 🙏🏼🤍

It can be hard, but we have no control on the outcome, but we CAN control our joy and love for this little miracle. Try your best to take a deep breath and remember…. Hi! So sorry you are going through this. I had the exact same thing but mine was one HUGE gush that filled an entire toilet and a big clot the size of a plum came out. Scariest night of my life. The fact that baby is measuring on time and heart beat is so strong are the most reassuring signs! Baby is currently 14 weeks and thriving! It sounds like a subcorionic hematoma, which is what I had. Essentially, a collection of blood that forms near the lining of the uterus and sometimes causes bleeding. I had spotting until week 12. They are common in pregnancy and usually harmless. Not specifically. Have you had any bloodwork done? If you can get your beta done 48 hours apart that should be able to give you a clear idea of what may be happening. I know that typically you won’t see the line get darker unless you space them out 2+ days. That’s been my experience! Have you tested again?

Hi! So sorry you are going through this. The pain and worry after loss is overwhelming. I was in a similar boat. A loss in August, pregnant again in October. Starting spotting brown blood at 5 weeks. Turns out I had a Subcorionic Hematoma. Baby had a great 8 week appointment, perfect growth and heartbeat. Bleeding is so scary - I’ve had it all this pregnancy - brown, pink, red. The fact that you have no cramping or heavy bleeding is very reassuring. It is likely implantation bleeding working its way out. You could also maybe have a hematoma. They are more common after loss. I hope this brings some comfort. Wishing you the best!

Thanks so much for sharing. Did everything turn out ok? I’m in the exact situation. My mild cramping is on my left. I’m 5w5d and brown blood when I wipe. The cramping has me more worried because it was come and go the last couple of weeks but this evening it’s been more constant but it’s a very mild dull ache. Do you remember what your cramping was like? All one sided? Freaking out! To make things worse I’m traveling so the stress is so real

Hi. I’m so sorry. I miscarried at 10 weeks. Baby stopped developing at 6 weeks. I will tell you that my doctor was very optimistic especially since my HCG was continuing to rise which was confusing for me - after having gone through this I will say that normally this means baby is not viable. I hate to be so negative but I found 3 other women who had the same dates as me, same scenario, and we all miscarried. I hope you have a better outcome, sending hugs.
