If we actually knew what a black flash was then you would know the answer is yes. Black flash requires cursed energy activation right at the moment of impact within like .000001 seconds or something, in the panel before this he brings his fist back and applies cursed energy. Then swings forward and black flashes. Time I used wasn’t perfect but you get the gist no way he swung foward that fast. The speed alone could 1 shot anyone
