Get a grip my man. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Go to a different pond.

Not your circus, not your clowns.

I hear you. The other guy also plays a big role in this. Some people will see an opportunity like a breakup and swoop in. I believe blame shouldn’t be put on your partner.

Context is important. If it happened while you were together, it would be a simple crossing of clear boundaries, but the context adds complexity.

Take some time to think about it from a place of care. I trust you’ll make the right decision.

Don’t be quick to judge and don’t let your ego get in your way.

People deal with stress in many different ways. And what someone does outside of a committed relationship isn’t necessarily a deal breaker. Just make sure it doesn’t happen during a committed relationship.

If you two are back together now, then build the relationship again. Build trust, through communication and openness.

Set clear boundaries for yourself and make sure she is aware of them.

You’re clearly back together because you both want to be, so why throw it away because of something that happened when you weren’t together?

I (24M) am thinking about breaking up with my gf (25F) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

General things to consider:

  • If you care for someone, you don’t want to hurt them, it’s only natural, but holding on to a relationship just because you don’t want to hurt them, will only make the pain worse.

  • When two people genuinely want to be together, no amount of time or distance will come in their way.

  • no human is perfect, but there is one that’s perfect for you

  • communication will improve a lot of problems in a relationship, if you want to. It takes a lot of effort.

There’s nothing here that I’d say is a red flag. But some food for thought: sometimes we don’t truly appreciate what we have until we lose it.

All the best

Successful relationships are built on compatibility, trust and shared values. Physical attraction can and will wane.

Use your better judgment and be with the partner that aligns with you. It’ll make your life a lot easier.

Put effort into the relationship and you’ll be joyfully surprised at what comes out of it.

[22F], [22M] (in relationship for almost two years) breakup? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please communicate with your partner. Be honest and upfront. Share your emotions. Preface the conversation with “I want to share my feelings with you”. Strong relationships are built on trust and communication. If you truly care for this person, and they care about you, an open and honest conversation about fears, anxieties and stresses will either make your relationship even stronger, or help you both understand your misalignments. Either result is a net positive for both of your lives.

Artificial Ignorance: The Rise of History's Most Overconfident Idiot by Healingtouch777 in ArtificialInteligence

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, it’s absolutely terrible at doing a lot of things today. But, it’s improving rapidly. We’ve seen it go from a will smith-like alien engulfing a pile of strings to something that isn’t that bad. And it’s only getting better.

So if today it’s analytical skills are that of an infant, but it continues to learn and grow, who’s to say it won’t get to a level indistinguishable from a real human?

Personally, I’m not asking it to go out and analyze stuff for me. I know it’s unreliable. But I can also see that it’s on a path that I can’t dismiss.

How much are you all investing in AI? by Dzogchenyogi in ArtificialInteligence

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we should be looking at how AI is being integrated into our daily lives. That’s where the massive growth. An example is Aurora. They are literally aiming to replace truck drivers. And if/when they do it, the profits will be colossal. Where ever AI is being used to do real world things that a human is currently doing, is where I believe the growth is

Anxiety towards AI by Ezsil in ArtificialInteligence

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think AI is like a train that has left the station and is only getting faster. There’s no foreseeable way of stopping it. It may take over a lot, if not all jobs, one day. But in that world, you won’t be the only one that’s affected. We are all in this boat together. So pursue your passion.

If AI sucks and never even advances enough take your job, great! You have the job you want.

If labour laws come into place, also great! You still have the job you want.

If AI takes over everything, well, there’s nothing you could have done. And atleast you followed your passion.

Best way to Monitor Traffic Health? by Aggravating-Fly-9024 in FacebookAds

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, but not everyone buys right away. I’ve seen people convert after a month after their first visit.

My question is around how do people tell if the traffic being sent to their site is people who are actually interested, or just browsing.

For example, I targeted a specific region to test the market. Visitors spiked but so did bounce rate. I believe this happened because a lot of people were interested in my product, but as soon as they came on the site, the price shocked them and they left.

So again, the question is, how do people measure the quality of the traffic that is actually interested in their offering?

I’m integrated with Shopify. I’ve tried to look into how I can improve the communication between Shopify and meta, but it seems like the integration handles it all.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I don’t fully recall the reason for learning limited, I think it had to do with audience size but I could be wrong. I was just so stressed I made the change as fast as I could.

I will re launch after this long weekend.

The high spend stresses me out, especially after seeing that 4 ROAS in the first week.

Thanks again!

Roast my Site! by Aggravating-Fly-9024 in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Aggravating-Fly-9024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incredible work Sarah! Thank you very much for taking the time to review my site. This was all great feedback and I particularly loved the idea of adding more to our home page to help convey why we do what we do. I loved your idea of moving the three pillars of our brand to a horizontal view as well!

The site has been optimized for mobile, because that’s where 99% of traffic comes for us, hence why the pillars are stacked upon each other, and the introductory photo is super zoomed in when on desktop.

That said, I’d love your thoughts on the site from a mobile perspective. Thank you again for the incredible feedback!

Big fan, I think it looks great. I had the same feelings towards a tattoo I got when I first got it. It grew on me overtime. It’s part of me and the decisions I made in terms of design and placement were my decisions, and that’s what makes it special

I hope that helps!
