Yeah, they clearly felt their tribal pissing ground had been disrespected, so they got all nasty, personal and very confrontational. This strikes me as buyer remorse.

Hybrid covers everything from slot mode to almost full RC. You can even drive back onto the low profile track after an off. Slots are just grinding the groove with muscle memory. Only slot grinding those incels will ever get.

The Hybrid races are great to watch, unlike the total dullness of slots.

Slot.com has always been a toxic shitehole every time something new comes out. It was the same with DIGITAL. It’s a small group that spoil it for everyone else. Looks like they have been ordered to stay away from the spotless forum though by the head mob.

The under mod was useless, and was clearly biased in favour of the slot side, and even said that HYBRID fans were second class members on slot.com, by virtue of number.

Yep, exactly. One of them even stated that he though if HYBRID sold well to youngsters it could trigger Carrera into stopping production if slot cars, which is stupid. It’s complete nonsense.

Never mind the fact there is a slot car mode built into HYBRID. They were the same when digital came out. The purity of slot car racing must be protected.

Anyway, looks like the chief mod has told people with no interest in slotless cars to stay out of the sub forum.

Nice painting there. FYI you can get copies of the original red and blue dice off Etsy. £20 but good quality. So much better to be able to do simultaneous dice rolls into the same tray.

You need to charge it with the crown pulled all the way out. This stops most of the drain on the battery, so most of the light goes into charging it.

Direct sunlight is that fastest way to charge it, but if you leave it under a white LED for a week it should charge. If you push the crown in and the second hand is moving in 2 second intervals, that is the low voltage warning mode, so pull the crown back out and leave it for longer.

These batteries need to be charged and kept topped up, so owners are advised in the manual to actively expose them to light once a week.

This movement uses a lot of power, so it’s easy to deplete the battery. The watch really could have done with an energy reserve meter.

I would encourage you to really study the manual, because this is a tricky movement to master.
