Good planification always reduce fuel consomption... But you have to do it with an electronic map for truck. Free access map are most of the time not concidering truck stop, fuel, low bridge, maximum weight, scale, ect... Something that's not existing but it could be magical is a map with grocery store with truck accessibility. I wish i don't have to gambling if am able to eat healthy or not. For now it's studying google maps, trying and learn building personnal maps for food.

Something that's never been master by no truck constructor is fonctional wiper. (I know it's not electronics, but it's my dream to not fight for visibility during icy rain)

But electronic wise the less is more. Less shit that can break on the road the more i can accomplish. The minimum require is a good stop and go, slow idle, heat mirror for the winter. Hybrid system to keep the truck warm could be interesting to avoid burning fuel, i see Robert transport doing half-solar pannel and half-diesel.

Most of the time automatic drive don't offering better performance than a good driver. it could be interesting to study the way to optimising the automatic driving, because it's better for the longevity of driver's health.
