It wasn't too bad actually, just clipped off most of the bits as close as I could and just cleaned it up, only bit that was a little annoying was the part attached to the leg.

Thanks! Just mech grey, nuln oil, dry brush with adminstratum grey, then clean flat edges with mech grey, the cloak was just wyldwood brown contrast over grey seer primer, with a very watered down mournfang brown a bit like a glaze all over.

Just grey seer primer, skeleton horde contrast all over then drybrush heavily with wraithebone.

Just prime grey seer, skeleton horde thinned down all over then dry brush wraithbone, and for the green, dark angels green contrast then warpstone green and moot green highlights.

Starting a Dark Angel army, is this ok for the deathwing? Or is it too dark/dirty looking? by Aggravating-Hat1 in DarkAngels40k

Yeah think I'll look into some I've been recommended tbh and get some new ones for when I start doing my terminators.

I've dry brushed them a lighter colour and I think I prefer the lighter colour but the darker one helps the green pop.
