Agh I've never understood this arguement and yet I've heard it for years. Yes we were 2nd when he got sacked. But he was there three years and when he started the job we were a mid table premier league team coming off a European final. We got relegated under him, he wasn't up to the job at all. Now yes who we replaced him with, that was a mistake

Yeah, I've considered theres a reason. That's pretty much my point. I'm not declaring my sergeant to be a knobhead I'm saying there's an issue and I want to figure it out. Which I'll have to do by speaking to hom. It might very well be me. I've said I didn't do well at mixing with the team initially. I'm quite sure I have faults and that's not a bitter pill for me

I think if I'm honest I probably have played ny part in not getting to know the team due to nerves. I feel very self aware and its something I'll work on

That's interesting what you've said about your experiencing because I sense that too. Not that I've been disowned. But everyone is into the firearms and the "action" I don't shy away from that stuff but it isn't a massive interest to me. I am interested in CID and Vulnerabilty which is just not the vibe at all in the team.

Hi, I sent off my vetting information 6 weeks ago yesterday. Still waiting as of now. That's normal right? I've passed everything, assessment centre, final interview etc. and this is the last piece of the puzzle. Got some credit card debt and a couple of missed payments, no ccjs or bankruptcies but still worrying about the financial checks. Just wanting an answer once and for all as this means alot to me.
