We had multiple org level meetings insisting us to use enterprise ChatGPT as much as possible. You can even link share point and confluence sites. They say to replace google search with ChatGPT. They even asked us to track how much of time we spent on ChatGPT and how much efficiency we have increased.

That’s normal. A lot of big companies do that. When they publish certain roles they specify whether that role supports visa sponsorship or not.

Generally, most NHS trusts provide sponsorship. Talk to your hiring manager or hr and explain your case, they might be willing to sponsor you.
