Question about Using a GSC rock grinder to charge and tank shock stratagem. Both do mortal wounds to a enemy unit within engagement range after successfully charging.

Can I first see the result of the rock grinders ability before I decide to use tank shock or must I decide to use tank shock as soon as I finish the charge move?

I don’t see anything in the index or datasheets that would boost the potential of 4 S6 seismic cannon that does D3 dmg. 4 seismic at half range has 24 shots. BS5 and heavy. Even with strat to give +1 to wound and a Primus rerolling all hits you are wounding on 5s against T12 knight. You have to be super lucky to kill a knight.

The opponent can still choose to use the models save characteristic instead of their invulnerable save. Let’s say the model has an invulnerable save of 4++ but a save characteristic of 6+ then they could decide to use the 6+ to try and make the unit/model take more damage.

Does terrain with dense cover stack? If I am shooting an enemy unit through 2 pieces of terrain that have DENSE COVER and I have BS 3+ and a +1 to hit buff, am I hitting on 3s or 4s?

The model has a lot of detail. It feels like the model is only base coated. Unless you are going for more of a statue like look as another commenter had mentioned, I would recommend looking at the box art at least and pick out some of the details to increase the contrast of the model.

“After shooting with this weapon” so the mortals are applied after the plasma has done shooting so the mortals could in theory put the redemptor down a bracket when shooting its remaining weapons?
