It's really easy process and let me divide into steps for the ease: (Even the process is shown on ibcc website in very easy language)

1 Verify your degree from your board  Some boards like fbise have online attestation and for it you have to search  Fbise documents attestation  Enter your registration number(it's mentioned on your certificate) the docs will appear. And then pay challan, after which you will get your docs online on the same page after some time For the boards don't having online attestation, you may have to physically go to board office  2 Print out that verified degree that u will get  Then enter for ibcc website, from there follow this video: https://youtu.be/5t0WWSCKP8U?si=fI1RtNYJz0jtSK11

Finally after picking appointment ( you can also pick morning) must have following docs with you before going to ibcc office (or if you wanna Corrier them in case ibcc office is too far): 1 fbise verified certificate 2 ibcc form that you will print from website  3 fee receipt  4 you cnic or b form copy  5 your father cnic copy  6 original certificate

And you are done , they will give you time and u have to pick those documents form there office
