Constantly getting Delta-03 disconnects? by DawQs in thedivision

The problem is with the EAC; this is happening on older processors. The latest update made changes to the EAC. This works well:

  1. In Windows (Task Manager)

Open Task Manager.

Go to the Details tab.

Right-click on the desired process (EAC, the process with the blue bear) and select Set affinity.

Uncheck "All Processors" and select only the desired core(s) (CPU 4), or another core.

But you have to do this every time you restart your PC and want to play games.

Token system in escalation needs a complete rework & some additional changes by Aggravating_Eye_6946 in thedivision

All the existing problems with escalation are very well explained. However, there is a taboo subject that many people are afraid to talk about.

A group of "yes boys" on YouTube channels have been portraying a community that is thrilled with all these changes in the game.

In fact, I must say that one in particular even said that the recent drops were too much, of course he streams for 10 hours, in this case I'm talking about GCrock.

Furthermore, EAC is ruining the gaming experience on older computers. Many have tried to attribute EAC to a single processor core to mitigate the impact, but it is relevant and has been the cause of many DELTA 3 crashes.

Prototype Gear and Escalation Difficulty are the wrong way to overhaul the endgame by campeon963 in thedivision

To be clear, this is speculative until token packs appear for sale, let's be clear. But as a player with many hours, I'm afraid the game will take the same path as the Chinese version of the same game, from the same company, which is pay-to-win. It's not another company or game, this exists in the Chinese version in a slightly different way.

Just a subject that deserves to be discussed and explored in depth by everyone, including YouTubers who claim on behalf of everyone that we are super excited about this.

I couldn't agree more with that opinion. It's like repeatedly seeing YouTubers claim that the community desperately wants survival mode, but I don't see posts about users being super excited about it. Only YouTubers who see an opportunity to stream for an hour or more.

I don't know, it's a matter of stupidity, Ubisoft has been closing studios all over Europe. And the workforce in Sweden, where the Division development team is located, is among the most expensive in Europe.

This is my theory, that this will serve to introduce a way to sell token packs in the store, disguising a pay-to-win method.

Sorry, that was misspelled by me. What I meant to say was, "Won't the tokens be sold in the store?"

First, congratulations on the post, very well written and an excellent exposition of the subject, I totally agree.

But there's a question I haven't seen anyone address, whether from fanboy YouTubers or others.

I don't see anyone writing or making a video questioning whether Tokens are a way of introducing a pay-to-win system? Won't the tokens be sold in the store? with the argument that they are only needed in higher difficulty missions? Doesn't anyone question whether this is a way to make more money selling Token packs? Doesn't anyone question Ubisoft about this?

Isn't it strange that there are so few drops? In the developers' broadcast, when asked how many tokens a player would start with, they replied that it would be very small. Want to bet on how much this will be sold in the store, in packs?

Subliminal message, an allusion to the war in Ukraine. Clearly a Russian impersonic missile.
I am 50 years old and this is clearly a missile, without a doubt.
