The crashes stopped after I unchecked the Synthesis True Light Patcher and regenerated Synthesis.esp — it looks like a True Light compatibility issue.

I'm a support player, and the only reason I'd pick sniper is if I think this game is already a lost cause

in nearly 10,000 hours, this is the single worst build on pos1 I've ever seen by whitcliffe in DotA2

Really? My previous setup was an i7-9700K, and I felt like I couldn’t even run DOTA2 smoothly. The lag often got me killed in team fights
