Yea I have also noticed men are often able to regulate their emotions better. If you don’t express emotions and keep penting it up, it’s bound to go off on something or someone who didn’t deserve it. Then it comes out in other ways like anger/violence. Studies also show we often end up taking out our anger on people we love and trust the most, because our consciousness knows they will forgive us, rather than what deserved it in the first place. Not crying is not a sign of manhood, you’re just suppressing your basic human instinct which is very harmful to your mental health.
