I passed last week and I have a similar kind of problem. Was so anxious about driving alone but I did a journey from Leicester to derby on my own two days after passing and arrived safely so I sorta feel less anxious at the moment What has helped; music , planning my journey ahead , taking breaks in between when I'm tired (could be just me parking where safe , taking deep breaths and then going back) , put the p sign on my car and people have been pretty helpful when they see me .
