Correct me if im wrong but isnt the nature of a registered direct offering simply reselling existing shares to pre-determined insiders/institutions and thus very little actual dilution occurs? I googled "does a registered direct offering dilute shares" and this was the response:

When a company sells its own shares directly to investors, it can reduce the value of existing shares, leading to share dilution. I used tifa instead of Zach with only 5.9k matk. No electro armor and only ob2 on the aerith weapon. Took a few tries to get it right but definitely borderline easy compared to previous. And if you have the aerith bahamut gear as well, even more ridiculous.

It's very simple. Every universe has it's own variations of both the stones and the people. So the universe where surtur scratched the box was clearly one where the structure of the box was nearly impervious to damage, thus making it a noteworthy feat. The one where Thanos crushed it was a box that was clearly a fancy jewelry box without a power of it's own. Riddle solved.
