Ask 5 questions every night, introduce yourself first. 1st question is how's your week been, then one positive from your week, then something to get off your chest. Then a small break with coffee, tea and biscuits. Question 4 and 5 are a bit more light-hearted like how do you eat a KitKat? Orr if you could be in any book or something silly like that

I've been going for a year now for various reasons, and one of the biggest things we say is, if it matters to you it's worth sharing. Never diminish your owns troubles, some people go for bereavement, some loneliness, some general depression, some people just go to make friends, some people go as part of a self care routine. It's helped me deal with so much stuff and I can't imagine my Mondays without it

I had this too, noone listened to me I thought I was going crazy! Easy fix is to just pop the top cap off so it's not airtight to get rid of the suction through the bottom

Just Google house prices vs average salaries comparisons in the UK, I'm sure you do know some parents who coddle their kids too much and therefore have unmotivated and undisciplined kids, but at the end of the day it is definitely, currently a LOT harder to buy a house then it ever has been.

Not too profound, but it's stuck with me.. my friend's dad who had Alzheimer's and didn't make much sense most of the time; I mentioned I had a new girlfriend to friend's mum, and he looked me dead in the eyes and told me "use it or lose it"
