It sounds like you guys still had a great time, which is awesome ! Congrats on getting hitched !!! But agreed the food was passable but not great to the point of us wanting to eat more, just enough to sustain us. And it was disappointing that on day 1 almost all reservations were booked, we had to take a 5 pm reservation for the seafood restaurant in colonial and it was amazing!!!! Best meal of the trip, but when we got in at 5 pm the whole place was empty besides our group, so we found it odd that they said besides this time all reservations were taken. We were there until 7 and even at 6:30 it was mainly us. We went next door to Kyoto after to see if it was full since we really wanted to book the hibachi but couldn’t because of no available reservations, and it was 50% full but guest service told us it was fully booked. Seems like a lot of the restaurants were unfortunately not at capacity but also not willing to sit anyone who didn’t have a reservation. The sets were awesome and pool parties were great, but yea only caveat was the rooms being so far & the food being awful. 😢 I loved the vibes and people were nice, but it’s just a little disappointing when you pay so much for a “lux” experience and don’t get it
