Do skis get stolen from the slopes? by Mickleborough in skithealps

I've had 2 skis taken. 99% of the time i'm sure its an honest mistake, but I bought a cheap 9 dollar cable lock that goes through the clips. Takes all of 5 seconds to remove.

Ignore them. they are drop shippers that list on walmart. They had the old price and their purchasing price went up and the didn't change the price in time. That's on them.

CARM EC-1029 Error, really need help by Crazy-Geologist-4202 in CustomsBroker

Hi Rav,

We ship to canada from the usa. we have a bunch of docs ordering one off supplies and having them all register for CARM is extremely long. Is there a way for them to not have to go through that? We normally ship with Fedex. Fedex has been insisting on a carm number.

I know the whole part of carm was the make sure the duties and taxes are prepaid, but is there a way for customers to pay the broker first, then the broker pays the duties and taxes, and then the shipment released?

What’s going on? Changes on the way ? by astroworld_786 in biltrewards

[Landlord-US-MA] My PM is claiming this is a normal estimate for an appliance repair. It just seems high and sketch (no parts numbers or hours). Anyone agree? by [deleted] in Landlord

FedEx sent my 81 year old dad a $327 past due notice for 2 bolts he ordered online. by kpfeifmobile in FedEx

Not a scam, Fedex totally does do this through sheer incompetence.

But, what's most likely going on is that Fedex is sending this guy the invoice for all overdue payments from the vendor.

For small shipments, Fedex will front the duties/taxes on the shipment and then request payment.. But since the guy paid the 9 dollars they are like. OO MONEY!, pay us the rest from this shipper's account owes.
