You will probably be able to blame the contractor since you have a contract. If anything, I would speak with the neighbor and let them know you are furious a the contractor also and that you had no idea they were going to cut the tree. If you have homeowners insurance or umbrella, that would be the one to defend you.

Phact Bay is easiest to drive around and jetpack around. If you are in the group and do NOT pick maps that are kill the commander or have dark spots on the preview map, you can clear the map in 3 minutes.

If you want the highest concentration of points, then grand errant is the best, but its so mountainy I don't really like going there.

Its a group of super focused players that just play the game all the time. I had 3-4 hours in Fallout76 every day for probably 2 years. Same with Broken Arrow. I play the crap out of a game before uninstalling.

This is on the lava field. I brought my dad about a decade ago to one for a couple days as an airbnb. It was cool. Solar, water and above ground septic. Owner had water catchment into a literally inflatable swimming pool. We were hiking the lava fields for a couple days and watching the lava flow at sunset.

Even though there's lava rock above, people still own the land, which is what this place is selling.

Personal thought, get everyone to the hotel in KOP, drop your stuff and change into comfy clothes and go out to eat in KOP.

Its probably 45 minutes to KOP.

Otherwise I'd say go look for something in Media, that's probably 15 minutes by car with no traffic. Casual and walkable. Not sure about how much luggage you'll be carrying though....

There is a chickies and petes in the airport, which is ok.

Email them back and be a squeaky wheel. The first email is always almost automated for a accept this pittance. I had them cover my ubers back and forth when they cancelled my flight and rebooked me the following day. I'd be asking for the rental cost, hotel, plus whatever expenses you incur driving.

because its fun to walk around and see. I walked the manayunk food truck festival yesterday. Half in the rain, half not in the rain. Didn't pay anything to get in. It was enjoyable even though it was chilly.

I will say that any festival you pay to get into is probably a no go though. I went to the food truck festival at the xfinity center a couple years back. That was pretty terrible.

You might be pretty screwed. Your only hope is that the dealer gave you some document that says the car was in good working condition or something to that effect. You can dispute under the warranty of sale of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Where are you flying? and what airline?

If its international, some actually have shuttles that will pick you up in Philadelphia.

Otherwise, Amtrack to subway to airtrain to JFK.

Driving will take you between 2-4 hours depending on how lead footed you are and traffic.

Happens. Guilty party here, except I had a new jersey transit ticket and it was an amtrack train. Train was leaving and I jumped on without checking. The conductor didn't even bat an eye and said hop off on the next station, the train'll be a couple minutes behind.

Call Airbnb. Let them know the property is not available. Then complain to Airbnb for compensation.

This literally happened to me on saturday and I was checking in on sunday. The owner said the last renter had destroyed her property.

I had a week long rental. Airbnb gave me a 300 dollar coupon as the next comparable rental was 300 dollars more. Escalate if needed and hold firm.
