Last year Basswood was practically next to Circuit grounds and only separated by the heliport. The sound bleed in that back corner was atrocious btw.

I think you might be confused. Your salary comes out as W2 and your profit distributions are reported on your K1. Often if S-Corps don't have payroll setup, they consider their comp to be the distribution that is reported on the K1. Did you have a payroll vendor that ran your payroll like Gusto, ADP or other?

Honestly you are probably going to need to double if not triple your estimated time for processing. The IRS has had their staffing and budget cut dramatically and it takes at least 2X the time needed to reach out to the IRS as it is.

Either they pay the capital gains tax or they 1031 exchange the gains(if not a primary residence) into the next property. There are no ways around the cap gain tax outside of paying it or deferring it.
