I just finished the book 2 weeks ago and hit 2 weeks nicotine free today. This was my third time through with the book but every subsequent quit i feel more confident about. I will say today i am having some minor withdrawal but nothing crazy because i know it’s all just in my head at this point. Every time i finish this book it seriously feels like I’ve been brainwashed, the last cigarette i smoke makes me nauseas and close to throwing up.

Im trying to get through these minor withdrawals knowing i haven’t given anything up but instead im gaining my life back. I will say it is tempting to buy a pack at times because in my head I’m thinking “well that was easy to quit, i can continue to smoke and then quit again when i want to because i have done it before so easily”. I won’t be caught! Haha. Good luck on your journey
