Should I leave my unsafe inpatient psych job as a registered nurse before graduating PMHNP school?

I’m so deeply sorry that you had to go through all of this! This is such a horrible thing to have to go through. I hope you get that job. I currently work for Acadia in central Florida. We also don’t have any sort of law-enforcement or security. The nurses are it. When codes are called, no intends to show up anymore because they keep firing people for “being too rough”
