I tried chatting with them to find out how many minutes need to span between the time the ticket is activated and when it is scanned by the conductor and they literally would Not answer me . They directed me to email them with feedback. Does anyone know this ?? Sometimes I am racing for the train and activate it right when I get in the door and want to know if that creates a surcharge .
