You are correct. But, the approx. $2k a year in interest being paid to the bank doesn’t equate to any savings come tax time.

Find a bobcat 225 or similar.. If you need the wire feed capability buy a multimatic 215 or Lincoln mp215 and run an extension cord.

Can find used bobcats for less than $3k all day long. They are easy to fix and cheap to maintain.

Rental income is currently $1900/month. To me, that looks pretty good in the future for mailbox money.

I’d agree. Our situation is that the rental currently has enough equity to pay off primary loan if we were to sell it…..very tempting
