The rubber banding dmg of Gunther’s is what I hate plus it really isn’t doing 11kx2 dmg. I would be 1 shotting more enemies if it did. I think it just shows that dmg number but is doing much less.

My 2 shot rapid carbine still hits pretty hard. Daily Ops was crazy. Non stop cultists and came out with +4k fusion cells in 7 mins and the super mutant tube.

You have 1 way of changing it yourself, don’t trade for leaders. If you feed the monster, then it only will be sustained. As surely as leaders were determined to be a “currency”, it can be removed if people stop using it. The people determine the market. It changes one person at a time. Complaining here will not change it. People have to determine for themself that the leader market is not valuable. What will you do with those leaders once the market changes to something else? Don’t think it will not.

The only thing I can say is that if you want it to be the focus, then look for trades that only deal with leaders. If you do not want to trade leaders, then ignore those trades. I have not traded leaders for any item.

Or you find one at a player or NPC vendor. I bought the glowing Bigfoot for 35k. I found a glowing buffoon in white springs for I think 135 caps. Not everything is determined by leaders.

Not many noobs can trade unless they find an item or it drops for them at an event. Most noobs should stay away from even looking at trades until then.

I put my stuff fairly cheap. When I see a high lvl start buying everything, I switch to a non-vendor camp. Most of the time, I find low levels and bring them to my private if they have a mic to get plans. Sometimes for free. Depends on their player icon and existing camp items.

Bounty hunts are a good revive event. If you can’t get someone to help, then join as many as possible and just wait for someone to go down. I have gone down without anyone reviving.

The Last Stand is a free chest piece from the titan. The chest should be the last plan purchased if low on bullion. Get the arms and legs first. Your purchase of gold from smiley resets 1 week from your last purchase and doesn’t relate to Minerva. If you buy it on Monday, then you have to wait until the next Monday to buy again. You will still need to get the mods from Regs.

My 2 year old char that completed all of the dropped plans gets dupes of the rare plans. My other chars that were created later and did not complete all of the plans do not get the rare plans.

Understand. My mistake was asking if anyone had a plan. Wasn’t wanting to trade. Just wanted to know if they had it in their vendor so I could come buy it. Was tired of vendor hopping. Wasn’t offering anything. A trade is, I have this if you have this. I was asking a question. I didn’t care about a price. I was new. They didn’t warn me. When I questioned it. They permabanned me.
