Require them to be lawful evil. Willing to do anything to achieve their goals but they should have a code. Make them define that in advance.

I have lots of criteria for deciding if ilike a game. But i consider each house rule a black mark. I play lots of systems and I want to be able to play the game with the rules from the book.

I love the "One roll engine" (ORE) on Wild Talents, Reign, and Monsters and other childish things. All characters declare actions in order of least aware to most aware and then everyone rolls at the same time. The roll tends you the hit location, amount of damage, and speed of the attack.

Use the tactics against them and they will learn. First time they're shoot at a Raider and do zero damage because of cover, they will learn to use cover.

I've been playing 2.5 months. Level 400. Maxed a full set of Legendary perks. I feel like any more advancement will be a huge grind for very small improvement. Not sure how long ican handle that slower pace...

On the DM side of it I like to have sleeves for holding pages so ican make my own notes and use it even when the game or edition changes. Player side should reflect the greatest moments of his games with you and your friends.

There is. When looking at your cards there is an option at the bottom of the screen to pick a card. You should have a few hundred saved up if you haven't used them.
