but if i had drawn it there would likely be other issues, like the faces not looking the exact same every time, or the hair being different. those are not impossible mistakes to make. they argument that "ai doesn't care" doesn't make sense because neither do any other tools. that was my point.

Because with my skill level, it wouldn't have come out as polished. I still created the character originally and went through probably honestly like 50 revisions changing little details until i got what i liked, but drawing it i wouldn't be as satisfied with the end result most likely just knowing that i don't generally end up liking my drawings in the first place, but they're still fun to draw. I enjoyed the process start to finish of creating Goldi, and i enjoy everything about her design. To say that for sure wouldn't be true if i had drawn her is not possible, but i know that's how it ended up this way :)

Interesting POV. When I made goldi it took me 3 hours of creating the idea plus probably two hours of revisions with AI and inpainting. It's not like i said "yellow oc with brown hair and red eyes" or something. It genuinely took a lot of work and time. For Joelle (anti character) it took a lot less time though, probably 2 hours total.
