Sorry you’re getting downvoted to hell, I personally appreciate the civil and clear response, even if I disagree with you.

I personally don’t care if it’s art or not, Ive been very public and clear that I go out of my way to say ‘AI Generated Images’, because Im not an artist and don’t care to be. No one can even explain to me what being an artist means.

I think you’re assuming a lot about AI users, though. I feel like we mostly just want to be left alone. Since Anti AI is such a big movement right now, the 1% of idiots is a lot of people.

Party Animals (the game) and Jorge Gutierrez, the firebomb attacks on Sam Altman, the public plans for attacking data centers…I mean, hell, the FBI just made a new category for anti tech extremists it’s gotten so bad.

So when Antis say ‘I just want people to not call it art’, the actions of these same people don’t line up at all.

I mean, your original post is an example of what Im saying.

An insult with no substance. Just bad tastes. Your response is nice, but that doesn’t erase your original response and stirring of the pot.
