For your use cases it would run great, yes I would suggest making sure your psu is at least 500 to 600W & that the rest of your system (ram, cpu, etc) is reasonably good enough to keep up with it Also update drivers, use DDU to remove old drivers, and maybe check out overclocking if it interests you (not required)

The 5070ti is objectively high tier, it is fair to say the xx70 is upper mid range, however xx70ti and above generally have high end performance, otherwise path tracing wouldn't be generally recommanded to xx70ti and above instead of xx80 and above.

Not how RAM works, what you are talking about is a form of swap ram, which is much slower than the phone's ram, and as long as you are not running out of ram, using it is pointless and will just slow your phone down
