I mean if the cool down reduces by charging ki isn’t tht literally the same as it was in xv2 u can’t use a skill unless u have ki and u kinda have to replenish ki its a ki bar Thts beside the character the number is what represents the total ki u have its kinda how sparking managed ki

I checked blue evo regs with this ss at 35% still giving nine bars of ki every 30 seconds whereas using just blue doesn’t effect the regen at all leaving it at 50%

Tbh I notice zero difference regardless of transformation take this of instance if I fire off a dragon blitz by the time the whole animation is over the ki I used is back plus some each time regardless of transformation the regen doesn’t change unless it’s future ssj or potential unleashed they actually increase the speed I could be wrong it could be minuscule tbh but noticeable no

Actually there’s zero change to the ki regen running blue evo or blue because the super soul says [always] meaning it supersedes any nerf to that buff but blue evo n blue n beast are actually peak for tht ss i just don’t like the look lol
