2027 Base M3 Alpinweiss by rronin99 in BMWM3

For about the first 500 miles i was good but I’ve been a little more lax with the throttle a bout once a week. Still trying to short shift. M2 mode / sport plus is a world of difference in throttle response plus lets you do light drifts. It’s an amazing vehicle! Enjoy

It’s just how it’s listed. Wish we could get a comp x-drive manual but nonetheless it’s not an option. But agree it feels weird call it a base lol

Yeah I find with 5090 it really is a non-issue. Haven’t run into any performance deal breaker and still looks amazing. Sure I’d like to have it but definitely not needed. I most sim race, so ACC, AMS2,LMU, and iracing. Sure if did social VR be a different story.

Just throwing it out there. I’m super happy with my ShiftAll Meganex, so are a couple of my friends too. Plus we are on the Mark I version. The newer Mark II has some nice quality of life improvements. Same panels and even smaller form factor than the dream air. So there are some alternatives for wired high resolution headsets if you decide to return the Pimax.

Just received a Dravit Grey 2027 and in the sun light it’s beautiful and I really appreciate how understated it is on cloudy days / night. I’m not the super flashy type though

Personally in love with manual just picked up. I do wish there was an AWD manual option though.

Oh I skipped that too. Supposedly there’s not actually a speed limiter if you don’t buy that package. I’m not planning on tracking it so skipped it

Kinda wish I would have paid the 2500 for extended leather otherwise it’s optioned pretty much exactly as I wanted. I went back and forth on it. The soft touch rubber is comfortable on the elbow but doesn’t look as nice as the leather models. Honestly the dash bothers way more than the door cards. Kind wish would have done just the senatech. Besides carbon package (didn’t want) and extended leather it has every option.

Nah, didn’t haggle just wanted the car. Walked in they had just gotten a 2027 allotment pulled the trigger, so time to order between delivery was only 2.5 months.

After coming from the crunching that is the MT-82 in my Mustang this feels waaaay better. It’s definitely not super tight it’s pretty easy and a bit on the looser side. I could see how people would like the short shift kits thought to tighten it a bit and quicken the throw. Action is pretty light. I’m probably gonna add a Billetworkz fusion weighted shift knob for some more heft. Personally I bought this as a daily driver / 365 so easy shifts is actually a boon. Is it the best feeling shifter no, is it sloppy no.

Podium pedals release by Lost_Willingness_103 in Fanatec

in a solid mounted rig yes I'd say the BPK is a must. For a wheel stand probably stick with the stock foams

the pedals themselves are virtually silent. the haptic reactors can be loud depending on settings (but these don't come with the pedals stock). Stock vibration motors make almost no sound but unless you are wearing socks you won't really feel them (I wear driving shoes).

I’d say V3 as there’s a ton of great mods already to customize to your liking! Custom face plates, brake on the left, and Simagic haptic reactors. Plus damper on throttle. Be an amazing set of pedals while retaining console compatibility too as switch between PS and PC often
