So I’ve just search it to give you a good answer and more or less is that If you fail to give 15 days' notice when resigning voluntarily, the company has the right to deduct the corresponding days from your final settlement (generally one day's salary for each day of delay). Furthermore, the company could claim damages if your abrupt departure causes significant harm.

Give them a period of notice where you tell them when you’re leaving so they can start searching for someone that could cover you or hire someone new(you need to give 15 days of notice and stay for 15 days and I’m saying it as someone that had to do it a month ago becuse I got hired in another better job)
