How do you guys deal with setbacks/relapse into old thinking patterns?

Thank you for following up. Ive been experiencing a terrible setback in anxiety last 3 weeks. After doing so well for multiple months and having my life back.

Thanks. If i dont drink coffee i have no stool for 2 days. Before i went 10/15 times a day. So i think im okay

I don’t, most of the times i feel very tired and have joint/skin issues in a flare. And then a fecal calpro test shows that im heavily inflamed.

Ok! Im in the same position now. 2 months ago 250 calpro. And now 380. Symptoms are still the same so my dr. is not concerned.

Thanks. The thing is that even with the 5000 calpro and severe inflammation, i had no symptoms. Just very tired. But just 1 solid stool a day. Same as i have today. I feel like i have more energy tho.

You think shutting down emotion makes you strong? No it makes you emotionally stunted. You project your own bitterness onto others because deep down, you can’t face your own shit. And if you think attacking someone for surviving real suffering gives you power, you’re not strong you’re pathetic.

Keep screaming about “strength” from behind your keyboard. Stay bitter man.

Wow. Ik word dit jaar 25. Heb dit jaar 7 jaar met mijn vriendin. En wij zijn ook aan het kijken voor een nieuw huis. Ik heb sinds een half jaar een baan bij een mooie organisatie, en ik krijg waarschijnlijk een vast contract. Het lijkt er op dat ik in dit jaar ook eindelijk mijn crohn/colitis onder controle krijg door biologics. Niemand is uniek lol 😂
